The work strengthens Guatemala's justice sector against high-impact transnational crime, from narcotrafficking and money laundering to cybercrime, human trafficking, and corruption.

Hive Supports Eastern Caribbean Operation Dismantling Migrant-Smuggling Pipeline

Working as an INL implementer alongside regional partners, Hive International supported a recent operation in St. Kitts and Nevis that led to the apprehension of 26 smugglers and dismantled a major migrant-smuggling pipeline directed toward the United States. Hive's embedded strategic investigations advisor and subject-matter experts worked side-by-side with Caribbean law enforcement — sharing methodologies, tools, and training — to stop threats before they reach American shores while building durable regional capacity.

The cited innovation was a Hive original — field-friendly data-collection templates frontline operators could complete without friction, translated into manager-ready tables that revealed exactly where law-enforcement follow-up on passenger-data alerts was and was not occurring.
